Homemade Whipping Cream:

  • 8 oz Fat Free Cream Cheese
  • 1/4 Cup Skim Milk
  • 3 Tablespoons Splenda
  • 1/4 teaspoon Almond Extract
  • 1/2 teaspoon Vanilla

Beat cream cheese on medium high until smooth. Add milk and beat until soft peaks form, about 3 minutes.  Add in remaining ingredients and beat on low until well combined. Taste your whipped cream and add any extra flavorings you desire.


  • All of above Homemade Whipping Cream
  • 3 Tbs Peanut Butter
  • (Optional) Peanuts, almonds, cashews, etc.

Mix the whipping cream and peanut butter together (Optional: mix nuts in as well). Spoon into 12 lined cupcake tins or small containers with lids and freeze.
