Here’s the recap for week 12 of my Project 7×52!  I know that I missed out on a couple of days, but that was bound to happen with how busy I was out of town, no access to a computer, spending all of my time either cooking or being too busy to post.  So forgive me if you have so tragically missed out on a couple days of my life 😉

The good news is that I tried to be cautious of what I ate over the weekend but I didn’t track anything or worry about it… and I ended up actually weighing less Monday morning than I did Friday morning.  So even though I enjoyed myself, I was on my feet a lot and really didn’t eat all that often so I think I did rather well.  The best news for me is I was able to spend basically 2 days in or around bars and didn’t drink once, wasn’t even tempted even though I had many, many offers.

Exercise: A
Despite not getting 10,000 steps every day (see below), I DID stay active every day.  Even the days I couldn’t exercise I was on my feet setting up, cooking, running around doing things, etc.  So I don’t feel bad about missing out on the gym for a few days.

Steps: B
I got over 10,000 steps six of the days this week and totaled 98,248 for the week (just over 1,000 fewer steps than the previous week) which is an average of 14,035 steps per day.   I didn’t get all 10,000 in on Sunday because I spent much of the day in the car and then had family dinner followed by bed.  So not a lot of chance to walk.  Got over 8,000 for that day so I don’t feel too bad.

250+ Steps Per Hour: A
I once again averaged nearly 11 hours per day with 250+ steps this week.  My feet are still pretty bad with the plantar fasciitis, but I am doing all I can to stay active while taking care of them.

Food Tracking: C+
Okay.  My food tracking was pretty awful after Thursday.  I honestly didn’t track anything Friday-Sunday and I didn’t even log in for some of those days.  But as I said earlier, I was self-aware of what I was eating and tried not to overdo it, and I even lost a little weight, so I don’t think it’s terrible.  But considering this goal is mainly to track my food, missing out on 3/7th of the week constitutes a bit of a low grade.
