Here’s the recap for week 16 of my Project 7×52!

Exercise: A
I hit all 7 days with some sort of activity, was able to lift and run this week, but also had some setbacks.

Steps: B+
I got over 10,000 steps only six days this week and totaled 91,263 for the week which is an average of 13,037 steps per day.  Not bad for basically skipping an entire day, but I could have done a lot better had I just put in a tiny bit of effort.

250+ Steps Per Hour: B
I averaged just under 10 hours per day with 250+ steps this week since I basically took Friday off.  That will hopefully change this coming week.

Food Tracking: D+
My food tracking started off okay, then started to dwindle, then completely died.  I really need to make this a priority going forward or this project will be nothing but a blog full of failure!
